Work

The ledger, in full

Every entry is a real build for a real client, with the stack that made it and the result it produced. Client names are withheld until each one signs off; industry and country are accurate.

Wellness chain, Michigan

Hiring portal on its own subdomain

Laravel, Filament, Claude

A two-location tanning and wellness business needed to hire without drowning in email. I built a careers portal end to end: public listings, structured applications, reference contact handling in the admin, and the operator guide and training video script the manager needed to run it without me.

Claude drafted the specification, the interface copy, the operator guide and the training script. I built and reviewed everything else. Still open with the client: a written data retention policy for third-party reference details, which I raised rather than waited to be asked.

Result: core build complete, careers subdomain live, handoff documentation delivered.

Clinical logistics startup, California

Dispatch, chain of custody and a sixteen-page site

Custom web app, Stripe, Claude agents

A specialist courier for clinical specimens needed a public site good enough to book demos and support a funding round, then a platform to run the operation: a client vault, an operator app for drivers and collectors, admin and dispatch, billing, and live tracking with cold-chain telemetry.

I scoped the platform as five fixed-price milestones, paid only on acceptance, ordered by what moves the client's next step rather than by what is easiest to build. The public site is launch-ready at sixteen pages. I hold a co-founder stake in the platform company under a signed agreement.

Claude agents drafted specifications, wrote and reviewed code, and ran QA passes. Design constraint from the client, honoured: custom vector visuals only, no photography, no soft edges.

Result: site launch-ready, first milestone accepted, platform build in progress, interactive demo deployed for client meetings.

Container haulage, UAE

Lead campaigns in the drivers' first language

Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Claude

A trucking company in Ajman needed owner-operators with their own trucks. The workforce is largely South Asian, and every competing ad was in English. I ran Meta click-to-WhatsApp campaigns in Urdu, Hindi and Arabic, each language on its own campaign and budget so the smaller ones were not starved.

The creative that worked was 9:16 story video, beating static roughly four to one, and short explainers beating one-liners. Cost per conversation drifted upward over four weeks; I flagged it in the client report before the client noticed, diagnosed creative fatigue rather than audience, and rebuilt the weakest ad.

Result: 486 WhatsApp conversations at AED 0.63 each, 7.9% click-through, roughly 90% genuine truck owners. Retained for social media after the pilot.

Productised offer

AI answer engine for service businesses

A single-file chatbot that answers the eight questions a customer actually asks a local business: hours, location, prices, what to expect, how to book. It deploys on the website, in social bios and on an in-store QR code, so the business never misses a customer on any channel.

Built as a working demo for a wellness business, eight intents verified, then productised as an offer with an AI phone receptionist alongside it.

Result: working demo, offer live, pitched with a validated deck.
