Breakdowns with a named author
Most of what ranks for these topics is thin affiliate copy with nobody's name on it. These pieces are written from real client data and my own accounts, and each one is the research behind a video.

An agency owner puts AI to work, on camera
Three kinds of video. Build-in-public episodes where I make something real for a real business and show the costs. Evergreen tool explainers on what the models are actually good for in agency work. And "The Free Version": taking a well-known paid program and showing the build-it-yourself route, with no opinion on whether the program is legit, only on price and access.
Rules I hold myself to: say who should buy the paid thing in the first ninety seconds and mean it; never claim a product does not work; concede the strong points out loud; disclose my own costs. The free stack is roughly $20 to $100 a month of tooling plus real ad spend, never $0.
