The agency

Marketing Maniacs is the day job.

I co-founded a digital agency in Lahore in 2018 and I still run it. Nine disciplines in one team, clients in six countries, and every AI system on this site was built inside it first. If you came here from a post or a profile and wondered what the agency actually is, this page is the honest version.

What it is

One team, nine disciplines, no hand-offs

Most small agencies sell one thing and subcontract the rest, so a client ends up managing four vendors who blame each other. We built the opposite: the search work, the content, the build and the ads sit in the same team, which is the only reason a schema fix and the page it belongs on can ship the same week.

The agency is registered in Pakistan and in Texas, so US and Gulf clients can contract in the way that suits them. I am the named owner on the delivery side, which is why my personal reputation and the agency's are the same thing.

DisciplineWhat it covers
SEO and GEOTechnical fixes, schema and entity work, local and multi-location, and getting cited inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity rather than only ranked on Google
ContentResearch-led articles, buying guides and service pages with named authors, written to a voice guide rather than to a word count
Web developmentWordPress, static builds, Laravel applications, and the unglamorous migration and speed work underneath
ShopifyStore builds, theme sections, product page rebuilds, and the merchandising that decides whether any of it earns
App developmentInternal tools and client portals: hiring systems, dispatch, billing, chain of custody
DesignFigma systems, UI and brand work, and the parts of a site a developer should not be inventing
Paid adsMeta and Google, including click-to-WhatsApp campaigns in the language the customer actually speaks
VideoShort-form creative for paid social, made in the volume paid social eats
AI and automationThe layer described on AI systems: custom skills, morning agent runs, reporting and QA pipelines

How it runs

Practitioners, not account managers

The person who scopes your work does it. There is no layer of account managers translating between you and whoever is actually typing. When a campaign drifts, the person who built it writes the email.

AI is in the delivery, not the pitch. Every retainer runs through the skills and agent workflows I wrote, which is why reporting that used to take a day takes a session, and why a small team carries a book that would normally need three more people. The client sees the output, not the machinery.

White-label is half the book. A good share of the work arrives through other agencies who need the delivery and keep the relationship. That suits me: I would rather do the work than manage the pitch.

Nothing is claimed that cannot be traced. Every number in a client report comes from their own account, and every figure on this website comes from a report, an invoice or an ad account.

Which one do you need?

Ongoing delivery across search, content, build and ads goes to the agency. A senior seat, a consulting engagement or an AI build goes to me directly. If you are not sure, say what you are trying to do and I will point you the right way.

What else I own

  • Pet Buckets

    Owned Shopify brand

A pet-products store, and the place the content engine and the UGC video pipeline get tested before a client pays for them.

  • Beardies World

    Owned content site

A bearded dragon care site. An honest experiment in what a content site takes, including the months it has been starved of time.
